Today we burned on the refuge, great weather.

Moving Gumby

While I as at the Naples Botanical Gardens they were moving Gumby, their large Gumbo Limbo is now in it's final resting spot.

Fire on the ground

We burned 150 acres yesterday, the first burn of the year, many more to come. It did not burn as well as we had hoped but we got acceptable results. Here are a few from the day, I didn't pull out the camera often enough.

Flying... always

Played with the camera on the flight from Atlanta back home. Just some creative attempts... enjoy.
